The school has an teaching staff of 182 people. Among the 107 full-time teachers, there are 16 senior titles and 38 senior vice titles, in which, 16 of them are Ph.D. supervisors, 5 of them supported by program for New Century Excellent Talents in University of the Ministry of Education. Additionally, 1 overseas academic master, 14Haitian scholars, 8 part-time professors (Including Academician Wen Gao, the honorary dean of SSDUT) are officially recruited by DUT and 90 spare-time teachers from enterprises are officially recruited by SSDUT as well.
